Scope of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wuhan Newrathon Technology Co., Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the GameraSnap application (“App”).
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Use of Service
GameraSnap is designed to work with Garmin devices to take photos. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers subscription options and one-time purchases:
- Monthly subscription: US $1.99, automatically renews each month
- Yearly subscription: US $5.99, automatically renews each year
- Lifetime purchase: US $9.99, one-time payment
Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Wuhan Newrathon Technology Co., Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Changes will be effective when posted.

订阅和付款
本应用提供以下订阅选项和一次性购买：
- 月度订阅：US $1.99，每月自动续订
- 年度订阅：US $5.99，每年自动续订
- 永久买断：US $9.99，一次性付款
付款将在购买确认时从您的 iTunes 账户中扣除。订阅会自动续订，除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。您的账户将在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内扣除续订费用。您可以通过前往 App Store 的账户设置来管理和取消您的订阅。
知识产权
应用及其内容、功能和特性的所有权利、所有权和权益均归武汉牛拉松科技有限公司所有，并受国际版权、商标和其他知识产权法律的保护。
责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因您使用或无法使用应用而导致的任何间接、偶然、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。
本条款的变更
我们保留随时修改这些条款的权利。我们会通过在此页面上发布新的条款来通知您任何更改。更改将在发布时生效。
